Dr. Xueming Lisa Ye

Medical Director

Dr. Ye is a Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist and also Board Certified in Addiction Medicine. Dr. Ye has extensive experience in treating children, adolescents and adults with a broad range of mental health issues including ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, eating disorders, substance abuse disorders, developmental disorders, school-related problems, family conflicts, and relationship issues. She is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive, collaborative, strength-focused treatment.

Dr. Ye completed her fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. She received residency training in adult psychiatry at Hennepin Medical Center in Minneapolis. Dr. Ye received her medical degree from Tongji Medical School, China.

Dr. Ye currently maintains an appointment as Clinical Instructor, Department of Psychiatry at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She received the “Outstanding Teacher” award by UMNDJ-RWJMC Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in 2009. Dr. Ye previously served as Medical Director, Adolescent Unit, at Princeton House, Princeton, NJ and at other psychiatric facilities. At GenPsych, Dr. Ye is the Medical Director at the Lawrenceville site and will serve children, adolescents and adults .

Brianna Haber, MSW

Clinical Coordinator – Adolescent Programs – Lawrenceville
Brianna received a BA and MSW from Rutgers University and completed the 5-Day DBT Foundational Training and an advanced DBT workshop for experienced DBT providers through Behavioral Technologies. Brianna’s first DBT training began at the DBT Center of NJ as a graduate intern.  Her experience includes working with individuals suffering from borderline personality disorder, self-harming behaviors and suicidal ideation. Brianna is also trained and completed a 50-hour training to become a telephone operator at an emergency crisis hotline. Currently, Brianna provides individual DBT therapy to adults and adolescents and is a Skills Trainer for the Adolescent DBT IOP at GenPsych. Clinically, she focuses on adolescent and family issues including grief, loneliness, abuse, mental illness and suicide.
