Adult Program Director in Livingston
GenPsych is seeking an experienced Adult Program Director for our Livingston site to lead the overall management and growth of adult behavioral health services. This role is responsible for overseeing program operations, supervising clinical and administrative staff, ensuring quality of care, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and strengthening referral and community partnerships. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, drive program performance, and support the delivery of effective, patient-centered mental health services.

Adult Clinical Coordinator in Livingston
We are seeking an Adult Clinical Coordinator for our Livingston site to support the coordination and delivery of clinical services within the adult program. This role involves assisting with patient care coordination, supporting clinicians with scheduling and documentation, ensuring smooth daily program operations, and maintaining high standards of clinical organization and follow-through. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, clinically grounded, and committed to supporting a well-structured and responsive care environment.

Adult Therapist in Rochelle Park and Livingston
This full-time, in-person position provides high-quality clinical treatment for adults in a group program, including psycho-social assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, treatment planning, and case management. Responsibilities include facilitating therapy sessions, documenting treatment progress, coordinating and implementing treatment plans, attending team meetings, identifying and communicating clinical status changes, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting termination planning. Candidates must have a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, along with full licensure in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC, or Licensed Psychologist). DBT experience and a full license are preferred but not required. Prior experience working with adults is essential. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement. The schedule is Monday to Friday.
